It’s almost time for Red Ribbon Week and Halloween Week at Burney Elementary! From October 27 to 31, we’ll join students across the nation in celebrating Red Ribbon Week—a time to show our commitment to living healthy, drug-free lives. This year’s theme, “Life is a Puzzle. Solve It Drug Free,” reminds us that making positive choices helps us build a brighter future.
And right as Red Ribbon Week wraps up, Halloween fun begins! With Halloween falling on a Friday this year, October 31 will kick off a full “Halloweekend” of costumes, pumpkins, and spooky celebrations. Let’s keep the spirit alive by showing kindness, staying safe, and having some frightfully good fun all week long!
